How do I reserve one of your private rental units?
The most efficient way to reserve one of our private units is by booking directly on our
website HERE and downloading our rental agreement or using PDF filler entering your
information.
We require a driver’s license of the primary renter to be submitted with the application.

We will get you the best rate when you book directly with us, as sometimes 3rd party
websites charge (hidden) service fees.
Once we receive your application we will be in touch to confirm your
availability/reservation details.
How do I make my deposit – payment?
We require a $1000 deposit (minimum $500) if total stay is less than $1000.
Remaining balance due in full 60 days prior to check-in.
What if I need to Cancel my reservation?
If you need to cancel prior to 60 days from check-in, we will credit your deposit for a
future stay (Credit issued up to 1 year – 365 days Upon Availability).
If cancellation is made less than 60 days (after we receive the remainder of payment),
we will credit your monies for a future stay IF we are able to book that unit
(Credit issued up to 1 year – 365 days Upon Availability)
All cancellations – requests must be in an email for our records.
We do not issue refunds.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Zelle – 352-554-0646  (We will send you a request for monies)
We do not take credit cards.
What is provided in my rental?
Our units are fully furnished and equipped with everything you should need during your
stay (not including any perishable items).
All linens and bath towels are provided as well as all cookware, dinnerware, glassware,
and utensils in the kitchen. All home rentals come with at least one washer and dryer
unit as well. We also provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage
bags, laundry/dish soap, and bathroom toiletries. Depending on the length of your stay
you may want to bring additional supplies. Each of our rental homes has an outdoor
grill, we ask that you please bring your own charcoal and for the gas units, you are
responsible for your own propane.
Please bring your own beach towels-blankets, as we do not supply these.
Check in/Check out time- Process?
Check-in begins at 4PM on the day of your arrival.  Check-out is at 10AM on the day of
your departure. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available and are
dependent upon occupancy and cleaning schedules.
* You will receive an electronic door code to enter the unit – 30 minutes to 1 hour prior
to arrival date*

Are your units pet friendly?
Yes, we allow dogs!   Due to our insurance requirements, we need to know when
booking, the size of your dog and number of dogs you plan to bring.
Please note we charge a one-time $40 pet cleaning fee.

Do you have age requirements?
Yes, the primary registrant (person responsible for the initial payment and person
signing our Rental Agreement) MUST be at least 25 years of age (legal photo ID
required) and MUST be an occupant at the home during the entire stay. All Panama
City Beach House Rental’s are family accommodations, absent exceptions being
explicitly granted by Management. No units will be rented to individuals under 25,
unless accompanied by a parent or guardian staying at the home for the length of the
rental period. We require that at least 1 parent or guardian that is the age of at least 25
be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 0-
24 years
Is smoking allowed inside/outside of vacation rentals?
Smoking – Vaping is Not permitted inside the properties at any time.
If you plan to smoke, we ask you to stay at least 15 feet from any open doorways and
dispose of your butts, etc. in a disposal non-flammable container that you need to
provide (aluminum can or bottle).   This includes All smoking devices including the use
of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug
paraphernalia. If signs of smoking (cigarette butts, dip, or any other products) are found
on the property-in the grass or on the ground during your stay,  we may ask you to
leave the property, resulting in an immediate eviction and forfeiture of all future rentals
on our properties.
Are there any additional services you offer?
We have several vendors that we can refer you to for:  Beach chair/umbrella service,
bicycle rentals, private dolphin tours and fishing charters!
Do you allow special events (Wedding, Reunions, etc.)
YES!  We love to have your family and friends enjoy the accommodations and assist in
providing the perfect backdrop for all your pictures.
If you are planning to host a wedding, please let us know.  You may need to check with
the local chamber of commerce for proper permits.
What if a named storm-hurricane comes during my stay will I get a refund?
We will extend you a Credit upon a “named storm” (pending available dates) for up to 1
year.
There are no refunds for a shortened stay or unfavorable weather conditions.
